My philosophy as an artist, is that I am creating my interpretation of a subject not a direct copy of it.
I prefer to work from my photos, but if you do supply one for me it must be clear and have a strong light source. I reserve the right to decline photos.
Steps involved:
1. We will discuss your concept and I will create a written contract for us so that things run smoothly. Upon acceptance of the contract I will begin work after 50% down non refundable deposit is received. Price examples are found below by clicking on the Images below.
2. Progress photos will be shared with you, where any decisions can be made involving color or personal details. After written approval by you, of the progress stage, changes cannot be made.
3. Your final art will be created and a delivery date will be announced to you.
4. Art will be completed unframed unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract. Works on paper are delivered on acid free foam board wrapped in archival plastic. Works on canvas will be hang ready as I prefer to gallery wrap my canvases.
Final payment is due upon delivery.

Watercolor portraits of your home are offered at 11x14 inches and are $250 unframed, $275 in a shadow box frame.
